Introducing Magnolia Row:
Where Community Meets Craftsmanship
Magnolia Row holds a special place in the heart of AMMP – it was our inaugural project, a testament to our commitment to thoughtful design and community-centric development. Nestled within a serene seven-acre landscape, Magnolia Row is more than just a housing development – it’s a micro-community, where every detail is crafted with care and intention.
Comprising 87 homes ranging from one to three bedrooms, Magnolia Row offers a unique living experience characterized by small individual homes with quaint yards. The thoughtful site plan fosters a sense of connection, with homes spaced six feet apart and charming dog runs interspersed between, creating a micro-community feel that invites residents to forge lasting bonds.
The streets of Magnolia Row are lined with narrow lanes and parallel parking, evoking a sense of nostalgia and intimacy reminiscent of a bygone era. But it’s the architectural details that truly set Magnolia Row apart – the two-story height and steep roofs of the larger homes imbue the neighborhood with a distinct sense of place, anchoring it firmly within its surroundings.
But Magnolia Row isn’t just about homes – it’s about creating a vibrant and inclusive community. From the walking trail meandering through lush greenery to the tranquil pond that invites reflection, every aspect of the neighborhood is designed to nurture a sense of belonging and connection.
Central to the community is the amenity building, featuring a cozy gathering space with a fireplace and a small kitchenette – the perfect spot for residents to come together and build friendships. Outside, an inviting outdoor pool and fireplace offer opportunities for relaxation and recreation, while meticulously landscaped grounds provide a picturesque backdrop for everyday life.
Craftsman-style homes with a mixture of materials lend character and charm to Magnolia Row, with four different elevations and a variety of colors ensuring diversity and individuality. While there are only three floorplans, thoughtful design choices such as mirrored layouts and architectural detailing add richness and depth to the community, offering residents a sense of pride and ownership in their homes.
